About the Event
Join us for a short 2 mile hike with experienced guides along the Appalachian Trail. In the afternoon we visit a local winery for lunch and wine tasting.
Directions to the meeting location:
From the DC General area travel west on Rte 7 past Leesburg and Purceville, VA. After passing the town of Roundhill and the blinking light at Raven Rocks Rd, look to the left side of the road near pass 601 for the parking area on the hill. You will see the sign for the Twin Oak Winery but turn left and make an immediate right into the parking area off rte 601.
